Jariyah charity is a term for the practice of continuously flowing reward, even if the person doing the practice had died. The practice has continued to produce a steady stream reward him.
Hadiths of perpetual charity popular from Abu Hurairah explain THAT Prophet SAW said, "If the son of Adam (human) dies, the terputuslah all (the reward of) deeds except for three kinds of actions, ie alms jariah, useful knowledge, and children pious who pray "(HR. Muslim).

4. Building a mosque. This is consistent with the words of the Prophet, "Whoever build a mosque because even the slightest Allah, then Allah will build for him a house in heaven" (HR. Al-Bukhari and Muslim).
People who build the mosque would receive a reward as reward those who worship in the mosque.5. Building a house or a cottage for people who travel for good. Any person benefiting from it, either to rest briefly mahupun for

The more people use it the more he received the reward in the hereafter. Prophet Muhammad said, "Whoever build a pond and drunk by a thirsty genie or a bird, then Allah will give him a reward later on the Day of Judgment." (HR. Ibn Khuzaimah and Ibn Majah).
7. Menyedekahkan sebahagian treasure. Alms were given outright will bring reward doubled.
